Tiger Tea started with a simple conviction: that a neighborhood bakery should be a place where people slow down, sit for a while, and actually enjoy what they're eating.
Located on Silas Creek Parkway, we've become a gathering point for Winston-Salem residents who value real ingredients, traditional techniques, and a warm atmosphere. Our pastries are laminated by hand each morning. Our bread is mixed, folded, and baked on-site. Our tea is sourced from growers who practice sustainable agriculture, and we blend our own signature blends right here in the shop.

Croissants, danishes, tarts, and hand-piped éclairs — all laminated from scratch each morning using French butter and time-honored techniques.

Loose-leaf single origins, house blends, and seasonal infusions — brewed to order in ceramic pots or served over ice. We also offer full-leaf matcha and chrysanthemum.

Birthday cakes, holiday cookies, event platters — we take custom orders with advance notice and love working with you to make something special.
